An Overview
The design process is unique to each client but this is the general process I follow.

BRIEFING
We'll chat about your requirements and preferences so I can get a full understanding of how to approach the design of your project

CONCEPT DESIGN
I'll work up designs for all areas and present those to you using 3D views, elevations and images of all finishes and funriture selections

DOCUMENTATION
Once the design is approved all details are transposed into detailed drawings that can be used for costing, ordering and construction

QUOTes & ORDERING
i'll arrange for furniture quotes using my industry discounts. Once compiled and presented i'll arrange PO's and oversee lead times and delivery
05
CONSTRUCTION
I'll visit site regularly to support you and resolve any queries with trades. I'll also oversee the delivery and placement of furniture items

Hi There, I'm Taren!
I’m the name and face behind Maia Design.
I’ve been working as an interior designer for over 15 years and I love it. It brings me great joy to work with people on the design of their homes to create spaces that both serve their families and are a visual delight.
I live in Western Sydney with my husband and am also a mum of 2 small humans who fill my heart and drain my energy!
